Getting Started

step 1: Uploading your custom contacts

The first thing you will want to do is upload your custom contacts into Weave.

Step 2: Set your software settings

This short training video will cover all of the software settings, and how to use them to optimize your Weave experience. This covers how to add and remove users, set call recording, and customize your reviews template.


Step 3: Start Using the Software

Now that our settings are taken care of, you want to get your staff using the software right away. This short training video explains how to use Weave on a daily basis.

Quick Fill Lists & Marketing Email

 

Quick Fill Lists allow you to quickly compile lists of clients that are wanting an appointment as soon as possible. Once added to the list you can text up to 10 clients at a time to let them know about any last minute openings so that you can quickly fill them.

 

Marketing Emails allows you to send marketing emails to your contacts. Use this feature to market your practice and let your clients know about your latest specials and incentives.

As soon as your phones are installed you can begin making outbound calls using Weave’s one-click call feature. Take your training as soon as your phones are installed so that you can start practicing.
