30 Min. Q&A
Weave offers a free 30 min Q & A's for offices that need additional help after attending a webinar or watching the online training videos. To qualify for the free Q&A a Webinar or Webinar on Demand must have been attended PRIOR to the Q&A. Please be prepared for your Q&A by having your questions ready at your scheduled appointment time. A Weave Training Specialist will reserve this time for your office on their calendar. *If you have not watched the training videos or attended a webinar PRIOR to your Q&A, then there will be a training fee billed to your account for a premium training session.
1 on 1 Training
Weave offers Premium 1 on 1 Trainings on the Weave Software or Polycom Phones for $150 per session. This is a 1 hour training session that will be customized for your office. One of our Training Specialists will call and train your office via a live remote session. We will have reserved your scheduled appointment time on our calendar for your office.
**Please give us 24 hour notice if changes to your scheduled appointment need to be made to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled through your Training Appointment Confirmation email or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
