Get your questions answered quickly as you navigate through the desktop app or Weave Portal with Weave Quick Help.
Find information as you navigate Weave products, such as:
- WeaveHelp articles relevant to the section of the desktop app you’re in
- Answers through our chatbot with relevant questions and troubleshooting tips
- Weave Training Camp, where you can start or continue your Weave Education
- New releases from the product team
- A quick link to the Weave Portal from the desktop app, which will open in a new browser window
Click on the Question Mark icon in the top right corner to get more information in a pop-up window next to your desktop app.
Click the Question Mark button in the bottom right corner to see the tools and resources available for the section of the Weave Portal you are currently using.
When you’re done learning, click the X in the top right corner to get back into your workflow whether in the desktop app or Weave Portal.
