New Digital Forms Experience

Find an enhanced way to create and send forms to your patients with the new Digital Forms Dashboard. This release includes:

  • Updated design for easier and faster navigation
  • Form activities pages and filters allow you to sort and find sent forms and quickly know the status of a form 
  • Updated patient information and PDF writebacks for Dentrix, Open Dental, and Eaglesoft systems of record (integrated versions of Forms)
  • Medical writebacks for Open Dental
  • Kiosk mode allows customers to use Forms on a tablet or smartphone in the office

Call Groups

Offices with Weave Unify can now add any number on their account to any call group created across locations. Devices are still only editable in the location it is assigned to.

Schedule Send Email Campaigns

Schedule Send gives you the freedom to compose email campaigns when you are able, then conveniently send them at the right time for your customers, especially when you can't be there to click the send button.

See Your Contact Information in the Weave Portal

See your business name, email, and phone number associated with your account by entering the Weave Portal, going to Account, and selecting Billing.
