Answering voicemails is likely a big part of your day, but it doesn't have to be! Explore ways to save time and return messages faster by reading voicemail transcriptions or listening to them on any Weave platform.

  1. Click the Blue_Phone.svg Phone icon from the home screen of the desktop app
  2. Select Voicemail.svg Voicemail at the bottom of the screen
  3. Click the dropdown at the top of the screen to select the desired voicemail box (Personal, General, or a shared box)
  4. Select the desired voicemail
  5. Read the transcription below the play bar or click on the Screen_Shot_2021-07-09_at_5.35.24_PM.png Play icon to listen to the message (Transcription is available for all offices except those with a Phone Only package.)

    Note: As soon as you click on a voicemail transcription, it will be marked as read. Transcriptions may not be 100% accurate. They also may not be available for voicemails before August 2023.

To mark as unread, download, or delete a voicemail, select the More.svg More icon next to the voicemail and select the Download.svg Download, Mark_Unread.svg Mark Unread, or Trash.svg Delete Voicemail buttons.

Tip: You can customize your pin # by going to the Weave Portal, selecting Phone from the left navigation and Voicemail Box from the dropdown. Select your extension and add a PIN. See other customizations you can do with voicemail.
