The Overdue Patients List makes it easy for you to quickly contact your patients that are overdue for an appointment. 

The availability of this feature is dependent on your practice management software.

Using Your Overdue Patients List

Legacy Desktop App Weave App (beta)
  1. Click on Blue_Lists.svg Lists in your desktop app
  2. Select Alert.svg Overdue Patients
  3. If desired, Filter-Alt.svg Filter the list by one of your recall types
    • Check the recall type and select Apply

      Tip: If you have Weave Unify, you can filter this list by location

  4. Click on a name to Phone.svg Call, Message.svg Text, or Email.svg Email a recall reminder
  5. If you choose to text or email, a default message will pop up for you to preview before sending

Note: To remove a patient from the Overdue Patient's List, change the due date for the patient in your office's practice management software.
