Easily change the number you use to text your patients and customers.
If you have the Main Line or Departments options in the Phone section, learn how to change your texting number.
To change your texting number
- Click Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Phones
- Under Texting Number, you will see the phone number your messages send from
- To change it, simply select a new number from the dropdown or add a new number
Note: To add a new texting number, you will need to contact Weave Support.
