Easily change the number you use to text your patients and customers.
If you have the Main Line or Departments options in the Phone section, the process is different. Learn how to change your texting number.
To change your texting number
- Click Menu in the top right corner of the desktop app
- Select Settings
- Select Phones
- Under Texting Number, you will see the phone number your messages send from. To change it, simply select a new number from the dropdown or add a new number
This process will not work if you have Main Line enabled. Learn how to change your texting number within your call routing.
