Missed Call SMS will automatically text a caller if their call goes unanswered as long as they listen through to the voicemail message. The SMS can be customized to let your caller know that you are sorry you missed their call and they can text your office back.

Activate Missed Call Text
Missed call texts will not send to a home phone. Only cell phones will received the messages, but you will still be able to see the missed call either way.
- Select the
Menu in the top right corner of the main page of your desktop app - Click on
Settings

Select on
Phone -
Click on Missed Call Text

To turn on your missed call auto texts, toggle the switch from grey to blue
The Open Missed Call Text will send when your office hours are set to open
The Closed Missed Call Text will send when your office hours are set to break, lunch, or closed.

Select Edit Message and click in the text box to customize the text that sends out for both your Open and Closed hours

Click Save
The missed call text goes out even if the internet or power goes out at your office.
