Verify that your assigned E911 address is correct for each of your devices so you're prepared in case of an emergency. 

You must have the user role of Super Admin to access this feature. See your role.

  1. Log into the Weave Portal
  2. Click Phone.svg Phone dropdown in the left navigation menu
  3. Select Devices
  4. View or select the address for each device from the E911 Address column by using the dropdowns
  5. If you need to add an E911 address, select the E911 Address tab at the top of the screen
  6. Click to Add Address below your current addresses or in the middle of the page if this is the first address you are adding
  7. Add the physical address for your office that should be used in the event your office places a 9-1-1 call
  8. Click Submit
  9. Once an e911 address has been added, click back to the Device Settings tab at the top of the page
  10. Use the dropdown arrow next to any device and select the correct physical address
