Organize the messages coming from customers with tags that you can use to filter later.

Learn how to access the Weave app (beta).

    1. Within in the Weave app, open the conversation with the message you'd like to tag
    2. Hover over the message and select the More.svg More icon
    3. Select Tag Message
    4. Choose an existing tag or Create New Tag
    5. If you click to Create New Tag, use the Settings pop-up to choose a color, assign location access, and assign users before clicking Save

The message tag is automatically saved when clicked. You can add multiple tags to each message. If users are assigned to a tag, the users will receive a notification that the message has been tagged.

Click on the tag underneath a contact within the Inbox to open the tagged message.
