Online Scheduling can automatically send customers a text message to confirm when a request has been submitted and then again when approved by your staff. 

Weave Portal Weave App (beta)
  1. Select Computer.svg Online Scheduling from the left navigation menu in the Weave Portal
  2. Click Text Template
  3. Select Edit next to Request Received Template or Confirmation Template
  4. Use the text box to edit the message
  5. Drag & drop dynamic variables into the message as desired
  6. Preview the message to make sure it appear how you intend
  7. Click Save
