Choose what times your customers can select appointments when requesting appointments through Online Scheduling. This is different from your general office hours.

  1. Log into the Weave Portal and select Computer.svg Online Scheduling from the left navigation menu
  2. Click Settings from the dropdown
  3. Click Edit Office Hours 
  4. Use the toggles next to each day to allow appointment requests for that day
  5. Enter the Start and End time of each day
  6. Click Add Break to add the hours for lunch, breaks, staff meetings, etc. for each day
  7. Click Save when done

Note: If you don't set your Schedule Availability, the online requests will default to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
