Share a Voicemail Box with all Users

By allowing users to read and listen to voicemail for a certain department or other voicemail box, you can make sure all customer calls are getting a response.

You must have the user role of Super Admin or Phone Manager to access this feature. See your role.

  1. Within the Weave Portal, select Phone.svg Phone from the left navigation menu
  2. Click Voicemail Boxes from the dropdown
  3. Select the voicemail box you would like to share
  4. Toggle on Share Message Access
  5. Click Save Changes

All users in this location will now be able to see the voicemail messages in that box.

To stop sharing a voicemail box, switch the toggle off and click Save Changes.

If you share a specific device's voicemail box that is synced with a user's Weave account, the voicemails will appear in the personal voicemail box for that user. The personal box will be labeled as the name of the voicemail box rather than "Personal."
