By allowing users to read and listen to voicemail for a certain department or other voicemail box, you can make sure all customer calls are getting a response.
You must have the user role of Super Admin or Phone Manager to access this feature. See your role.
- Within the Weave Portal, select Phone from the left navigation menu
- Click Voicemail Boxes from the dropdown
- Select the voicemail box you would like to share
- Toggle on Share Message Access
- Click Save Changes
All users in this location will now be able to see the voicemail messages in that box.
To stop sharing a voicemail box, switch the toggle off and click Save Changes.
If you share a specific device's voicemail box that is synced with a user's Weave account, the voicemails will appear in the personal voicemail box for that user. The shared box will not be shown
