Weave’s Response Assistant reduces the time it takes to respond to patient reviews by creating custom, relevant responses to patient reviews using generative AI technology.
You now have the ability to block undesirable contacts/numbers in messages. Whenever you receive an unwanted message, you can block that number to prevent future correspondence from the same number.
Contact Number Enhancements
We added the ability to send a text to a number listed differently than mobile. Additionally, you now can select which number you would like to send the text message from.
Mobile App Improvements
We’ve pushed out significant improvements to our mobile app including swipe gestures, adding contact and responder name in Messages, support for PDFs in Fax, message templates, and Voice Mail Override directly on the mobile app.
New Veterinary Integrations: HVMS, VIA, Stringsoft, and Advantage+
Weave is working with a third-party host to enable powerful integrations with HVMS, VIA, Stringsoft, and Advantage+. Customers using these four systems can now access the full all-in-one communications platform built to work seamlessly with their PMS.
Phone Analytics Enhancements
Phone Reporting Analytics provides office administrators visibility into their day-to-day phone operations. We’ve added highly requested features including a summary section, PDF download, hourly insights, call recordings, and phone number search all within your Weave Portal.
