Digital Forms updates

Digital Forms Actionable Dashboard

The refreshed Forms dashboard makes it easier to navigate and manage your form submissions from patients:

  • Revamped submission details and statuses help office staff quickly track the status of a form
  • New filters in the submenu—including Inbox, Reviewed, Completed, Sent, and Archived—allow offices to quickly see groups of submissions requiring action.

Digital Forms Link Expiry

Form links automatically expire after the appointment or after 15 days if there’s no associated appointment helping to prevent stray submissions coming in from old links previously sent to customers

Digital Forms E-Signature

With this new field in the form, offices will be able to collect true e-signatures from their patients or responsible parties, and also capture the date and time of submission in the generated PDFs, making them legally binding.

Digital Forms Integrations: Revolution EHR, Crystal PM, Eyefinity Officemate, and Practice Web

Digital Forms just got more powerful for offices with certain practice management systems. New optometry integrations allow offices with RevolutionEHR, Crystal PM, and Eyefinity Officemate to automate and customize data writebacks for new patient creation, existing patient updates, and PDF writebacks. Dental offices using Practice Web can set up automated, customizable writebacks for new patient creation, existing patient updates, completed PDFs, and medical history information.

Digital Forms Provider Review

One of the most requested features for Weave Digital Forms is now available to all customers using the feature. New user roles for Digital Forms allow your office to designate who is a Provider or Manager for forms-related tasks.

Once the roles are designated, offices have the option to require certain forms to be reviewed before they are approved and written back to the practice management system.
