Messages Enhancements

  1. Export conversations

    Offices can select and export messages from any message thread.

  2. Updated inbox search experience

    UI and functional updates have been added to your messages inbox to make searching messages smarter and faster to yield better search results that go back even further.

  3. Pet Names are now added to manual templates

    Pet Names have existed in auto-reminders, however, we have now added the ability to add Pet Name as a dynamic field in manual message templates.

  4. Save the Date confirmation change

    With this change, it will not be possible for a patient to confirm their appointment by affirmatively replying to a save the date message. They will need to confirm via an appointment reminder, which generally is much closer to the actual appointment date.

Voicemail Override Enhancements

We have enhanced how offices use Voicemail Override in our Desktop application and Admin Portal. Users can now fully manage their VMO and upload a greeting in their Desktop application. Office hours will show a warning that VMO is active in the Desktop application.

Users can also now upload a greeting and media right from the VMO drop-down in the Admin Portal.

Digital Forms Writebacks For Multi-Location Offices

Practices that have multiple PMSs or businesses with multiple locations are now able to create and update patient information and upload PDF files of completed forms, provided that they are using a compatible system (Dentrix G7+, Eaglesoft 18+, or Open Dental). Offices can go to the Forms Dashboard and under Settings select which PMS they want to write back to.

Phone Analytics Available For All Locations

Phone Reporting Analytics provides office administrators visibility into their day-to-day operations. With it, they gain insight into important metrics like when calls are most likely to be missed, what locations miss more calls, and how much time team members spend on the phone. Persistent Fax Memo

This feature will save the last memo the user typed for the Fax Memo. In order to create a starting point for a new fax, the existing memo will persist for the user to edit or reuse if necessary.
