SET UP YOUR STATUS MAPPING FOR EYEWEAR READY REMINDERS:

1. Login to your Weave Software 

2. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of your username

3. Click Settings

4. Click Data Sync

5. Click on the Blue Pencil next to Eyewear Status Mapping

6. Match up ‘Received’ and ‘Dispensed’ 

7. Click on Save

SET UP YOUR EYEWEAR READY REMINDERs:

1. Login to your Weave Software 

2. Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of your username

3. Click Settings

4. Click Auto-Reminders

5. Click on Eyewear Reminders

6. Hover over a reminder to edit, duplicate, or delete

7. To turn on: click the circle on the far right of the reminder (it will turn green when turned on)


Dispensed

received

An Eyewear “Dispensed” message is meant to follow up with your patient to see how their new eyewear is fitting.

An Eyewear “Received” message is to let your patients know that their eyewear has been received in the office and is ready for pick up.
