Adding Contacts to Weave

You can now add your own contacts to WEAVE. Follow our simple step by step instructions below to add a contact not already in WEAVE. *Please note adding a contact into Weave, does not add them to your Practice Management Software or Electronic Health Record.


STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Select your ‘Patient App/Customer App’

  2. Click on the ‘+’ icon located in the upper right hand corner of your contact list

  3. Enter the required fields of

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Mobile Phone (if you do not have a mobile number, enter a primary phone number here instead)

    • Email (Optional)

  4. Click on the ‘+ Add Field’ to add additional fields if desired including Home Phone, Birthdate, or Gender

  5. ‘Save’ your contact
