Admin Controls

Weave allows you to set certain Admin and user privileges to limit access to certain software features such as call recording, call forwarding and office hours. You must have the roll of Admin to control, add, or delete another user.

This short video explains how to set those controls.

A user can be assigned the role of Admin, Advanced Team Member or Team Member. Refer to the chart below for a breakdown of permissions granted to each role:
