Please email partnersupport@getweave.com and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Calling support: 

Partners can call 888-579-5668 and bypass our front line support by hitting option 6 (hidden option, not disclosed in the IVR). This will transfer through to our advanced troubleshooting team that is well-equipped to assist and resolve most technical issues.

After-hours Emergency support:

Weave also offers after-hours, emergency customer support via e-mail at: emergencysupport@getweave.com.  

Online Technical resources:

Technical resources, tutorials, and guides are always available at www.weavehelp.com.  You are also able to chat with support representatives through that website.  

Sales support:

If you have any questions relating to a sale, please reach out to your Weave Account Executive.  If you do not know who that is, please email nancy@getweave.com.  

Event support and scheduling:

If you are interested in working with Weave at a specific event, study club or your own open house-type event, please email dustin@getweave.com.
